Why I am qualified to teach Personal Fitness* |
As an avid health nut, I have spent 20 years learning about different nutrition and physcial fitness programs to help reduce the risk of diabetes and to obtain a healthy heart. For the last 12 months I have participated in challenges to help reduce weight and BMI. I have taken classes and studied various meal plans to come up with a nutrition plan that best suits my needs. I have particpated in numerous courses to learn about emotional and mental well being that includes dealing with and combatting various emotions and mood disorders effected by our diet and exerice. |
Prerequisites for this Activity |
1 Have a medical exam and have your physician complete and sign the boy scout approved physical exam form
Visit your dentist for a 6 month check up and have your dentist complete the boy scout approved dental exam form
Complete section 1 of the workbook and bring it to class
6-7 Complete workbook section and bring to class |
